A graduate of CSU Long Beach , was certified in NDT (Neuro Developmental Treatment for Adult Hemiplegia) in 1993 and was an Instructor candidate/assistant instructor for several years. She has worked at the Rehabilitation Center at DFH for over 23 years and as senior therapist was responsible to the training of the staff.
Has a master’s in physical therapy from CSU Northridge and has over 25 years of diverse experience in the field. He has advanced training and has assisted John Barnes in Myofascial Release seminars. He has owned and managed an in-home physical therapy practice in addition to an out-patient clinic.
A graduate of University of Evansville and has a master’s degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College. She has been a physical therapist for over 30 years and is certified in Neuro Developmental Treatment (NDT) for adult hemiplegia. Connie is the co-editor of the textbook Rehabilitation for Physical Therapy Assistants. For 12 years, she was an associate professor in the Physical Therapy program at Mount Saint Mary’s College and the program director of their Physical Therapy Assistant program.
A graduate of Northeastern University received her B.S. in physical therapy in 1984. She has over 25 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine specializing in the treatment of the spine and shoulder. She is certified in Pilates and incorporates this exercise method into her treatment programs. More recently, she has also worked with geriatric rehabilitation in both out-patient and home care settings.
A graduate from USC, has over 19 years of experience in orthopedics. She is certified in the Leduc method of manual lymph drainage, and has been trained by the originators of Strain and Counter-strain Technique. She has experience as an exercise and Nickolaus (similar to Pilate's) instructor.
A graduate of USC, has worked in Occupational Therapy since 1974. Over 30 years of her career was spent at the well known Rehabilitation Center at Daniel Freeman Hospital, most recently as the out-patient neurological team specialist. She has vast experience with geriatrics, arthritis, stroke and acute care.
A graduate of the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and has been an Occupational Therapist since 1984. She worked for many years at the Rehabilitation Center at Daniel Freeman Hospital on the Spinal Cord Injury and Stroke/Neuro units. She also has experience in working with neo-natals and pediatrics.
A graduate of San Jose State University, has been an Occupational Therapist since 1985 and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. She has participated in a clinical trial at UCLA for the study of Dupuytren’s. She has worked exclusively at hand therapy clinics in Santa Monica and the South Bay, but now collaborates with Neuro Rehab Partners.
Has her master’s degree as a Speech Language Pathologist. She has over 30 years of experience with both pediatric and adult populations. She has worked in multiple settings including home, school, hospital, out-patient and community.
A graduate of Temple University in kinesiology and then received her Master’s degree in physical therapy from CSU Long Beach in 2010. She is currently working on becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has been educated in the latest techniques and brings her youth and enthusiasm to the clinic.
