About Neuro Rehab Partners

Neuro Rehab Partners was founded in 2008 by Herlene Lew McLees, PT, to meet the outpatient rehabilitation needs of individuals with neurologic and orthopedic conditions. With several local hospitals such as Century City, Daniel Freeman, Martin Luther King, and Robert F. Kennedy having closed, Herlene recognized a need for a facility dedicated to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other disabling conditions.

As a solo practitioner, Herlene provides highly personalized, one-on-one care. She focuses on restoring movement, function, and confidence for every patient she treats. Her compassionate and skilled approach reflects decades of clinical experience and a deep commitment to improving quality of life for each individual.

Herlene’s background includes extensive work across all major practice settings—acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and community-based programs. This broad experience allows her to connect patients with appropriate services, equipment, and community resources when needed.

Her mission is to deliver the highest quality care in a supportive and motivating environment—helping each person achieve their best possible recovery and a brighter future.
