Has a master’s in physical therapy from CSU Northridge and has over 25 years of diverse experience in the field. He has advanced training and has assisted John Barnes in Myofascial Release seminars. He has owned and managed an in-home physical therapy practice in addition to an out-patient clinic.

A graduate of University of Evansville and has a master’s degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College. She has been a physical therapist for over 30 years and is certified in Neuro Developmental Treatment (NDT) for adult hemiplegia. Connie is the co-editor of the textbook Rehabilitation for Physical Therapy Assistants. For 12 years, she was an associate professor in the Physical Therapy program at Mount Saint Mary’s College and the program director of their Physical Therapy Assistant program.

Ari Pouya, PT, is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s College in 2014 with a Master’s degree in physical therapy. In his short career, he has varied experiences in acute, outpatient and home health physical therapy. After meeting the minimum 2000 hours of orthopedic experience required, he is in process of getting his Certified Orthopedic Specialist credential. He works at both of the Neuro Rehab Partners offices in Culver City and Encino.

Susan Farnworth, M.S., CCC-SLP is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, and has 14 years experience in evaluating and treating adults with disorders in speech, language, cognition, swallowing, voice and fluency. She has held senior speech language pathology positions at the VA Medical Center in West Los Angeles and North Hills, Providence Tarzana Medical Center, and Los Robles Rehabilitation Hospital. Susan also holds special certification in treating adults with Parkinson’s disease, as well as in Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia.

Have specialty California licensing for hands, swallowing and modality use and certification as an Industrial Ergonomist. Worked 27 years within the Kaiser Permanente organization as a Senior Occupational Therapist and a Certified Industrial Ergonomist. With a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, lecture, create equipment or assistive devices, provide and implement assessments, recommendations and follow-up for clients, staff, organizations and specialized companies to reduce and prevent injury.
